Welcome to Apex United FC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our programs, services, and activities. By registering, accessing, or using any Apex United FC service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before participating in our programs or using our website.

Club Programs & Participation

Apex United FC offers youth soccer training, leagues, and events for players of various age groups. To participate, all players and parents/guardians must:

1. Complete registration truthfully and provide accurate contact and medical information.
2. Submit payment for registration fees, uniforms, and tournaments as required.
3. Follow all club, league, and facility rules, including attendance and conduct guidelines.
4. Ensure parents or guardians sign any required waiver or medical release forms.
5. Communicate any health conditions or limitations that may affect participation.

Code of Conduct

All players, parents, coaches, and volunteers are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork at all times. Unsportsmanlike behavior, bullying, harassment, or violation of club or league rules may result in suspension or removal from the club without refund.

Fees, Refunds, and Payments

Registration and program fees are used to support field rentals, equipment, coaching, and administration. Refunds are not guaranteed once the season begins unless a program is canceled by Apex United FC.

  • Fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan before participation.
  • Late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of participation until resolved.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Health, Safety, and Medical Release

Participation in soccer activities carries inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and release Apex United FC and its staff, coaches, and volunteers from liability for injuries or damages that may occur during participation. Parents/guardians authorize the club to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.

Team Placement and Player Movement

Player placement is determined by age, skill, attitude, and team needs at the discretion of Apex United FC staff. Players may be reassigned, promoted, or transferred to different teams as necessary for development or scheduling purposes.

Media and Image Use

By participating in our programs, you grant Apex United FC permission to use photos or videos of players for promotional, website, or social media purposes. Parents/guardians may opt out by providing written notice. We will not publish a child’s full name or identifying personal details without explicit consent.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and materials on the Apex United FC website are owned or licensed by the club. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any club materials without prior written permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information collected during registration or website use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or participating in programs, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

Program Changes or Cancellations

Apex United FC reserves the right to modify schedules, fields, coaches, or program offerings due to weather, safety, or operational needs. We will make every effort to notify participants in advance, but we are not responsible for incidental costs resulting from such changes.

Termination and Suspension

Apex United FC may suspend or terminate a player or member’s participation for violations of club policy, unpaid fees, or conduct detrimental to the club. Refunds for terminated memberships will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
